This session will focus on risks and traps of design/build construction.  We will explore strategies related to changes in work, project delay, hidden conditions, and how those issues are effected by the design/build contract and when and how the owner is responsible to compensate the design/builder.  We will also explore the design/builders contract and relationship with its designer, recommended insurance coverage, and best practices in the event of a dispute.
