Construction workers are intensely busy. There are deadlines to meet, subs to deal with, inspectors breathing down your neck; and all of them expecting something from us. Often, we lose ourselves in the tasks. It is easy to throw something on and become immersed in the culture of the job site, which is usually not the most professional. The challenge is that we are the face of the company, and customer impressions are formed by their interactions with us. The message we send is what they will think about our entire company. This is a big responsibility and it is imperative that we send the correct message! In this interactive 3-hour seminar, we will work on the three crucial parts that make up the message we send: What we say, how we say it and how we look when we say it, so that our words and actions are congruent and professional.
