Time Management, Planning & Prioritizing (YP Series)
As part of the young professionals education series, this course will offer project professionals key insight on time management, critical path management in both construction and personal performance, and key tips and tricks to enable the most efficient use of not only their, but their teams time. This course will enable students to deploy these techniques to be better managers.
