Responsibilities
Management of all phases of the project. Duties consist of review of bid documents, prepare estimate of material and labor for bid proposal, negotiating pricing, sales, project oversight and client service.
Personal Profile
Having over 9 years experience in the construction industry, John started his career working in the field as a carpenter’s apprentice. After graduation from Wittenberg University, he began working as an onsite project engineer. John advanced his career progressing to project manager and then estimator. John joined CJI in 2011 as Chief Estimator.
