City Council is soon expected to approve a $1,259,000 contract naming Panzica Construction Co. as the construction manager-at-risk for Brooklyn’s $18.9 million municipal civic campus project.
The Cleveland-based general contractor will oversee all building aspects related to the proposed 56,000-square-foot new police station and city hall, to be located on the 14-acre Memphis Avenue property.
