ACE Mentorship Program - The Impact of Mentorship
The positive impact of mentorship in a young adult's life is invaluable. Become a mentor, be the change in a student's life.
New ACE Mentor Information Session:
The ACE Mentor Program of Cleveland invites individuals with an interest in mentoring Cleveland Metropolitan high school students in architecture, construction and engineering industries through project based learning. The ACE Mentor Program relies upon committed, energetic mentor participation from Cleveland’s leading design, engineering, and construction firms. By acting as professional role models, these mentors make a significant contribution to the community, while helping to develop the professionals who will lead tomorrow’s building industry.
The 2019-2020 ACE Program is October 2019 - May 2020. It involves bi-weekly after school meetings and a few Saturday sessions, working with students. There is also a need for scholarship donors, field trip and presentation opportunities, and members to serve on a variety of committees (event planning, communications, etc.). One can also get involved by presenting or attending one to two sessions on subjects they want to share (presentations, scheduling, using Sketch Up, etc...)
This session is an orientation for those that have not previously been ACE mentors, to learn more about the program.
