This is a full time on-site role in Warren, OH. The Project Engineer will be responsible for daily record keeping, updating on site plans as changes are made, keeping crews informed of the latest changes and providing them with any required documents they need on a daily basis, photographing daily work tasks and logging information accordingly.

Project Manager/Estimator

The Project Manager / Estimator plans, directs, and coordinates activities pertaining to the construction management, administration and profitability of small and large projects for a variety of clients. This role oversees projects as assigned and coordinates work with owner/general contractor. No long-distance travel is required; all projects are located in Northeast Ohio and the surrounding area.
Oversee all aspects of projects from initial job setup to project closeout. Closely monitor job costs and productions and adjust as needed. Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with owners/general contractors. Develop new and maintain established relationships with core and repeat clients. Attend estimating meetings to contribute to the analysis of job opportunities, report on and monitor bid progress, and receive assigned projects. Lead/attend hand-off meetings as required. Review contract agreements to verify the scope of work aligns with the bid proposal.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. 5-10 years of experience in construction project management or construction related field experience, required. 2 years of project estimating experience preferred. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with construction management software. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and addendums. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detailed oriented with excellent organizational and time management.

Foreman - Asphalt Paving & Milling

No long-distance travel; all projects are located in Northeast Ohio and the surrounding area. Asphalt Paving and Milling Foreman is to determine the constructability and installation approach for projects. A successful foreman will be able to plan, organize, coordinate & manage all resources for Asphalt Paving / Milling Construction fieldwork assigned while ensuring the safety and efficiency of the work environment is maintained on and off the job.
This role will be in charge of completing projects on time and within budget with their knowledge of project management, equipment, materials, and labor assignments. Daily tasks for this position include coordinating various work activities on multiple projects, as required to meet project schedules, costs, and specifications.
