Developers Back With New Plan for Beachwood’s 3800 Park East

Developers who last year proposed making a luxury apartment building out of a former nursing home at 3800 Park East Drive are back with a new plan. The updated proposal would involve new construction, combining a business accelerator and an apartment building featuring numerous amenities.
Plans call for a first floor that would include the business accelerator -- or co-working space -- for start-up companies or those who desire a short-term lease for office space. On the two floors above would be 146 luxury residential apartment units.
