What attracted you to the construction industry and what do you enjoy most about your job? 

The nuances and challenges in construction are what drew me to construction. No two project are exactly the same and something new can be learned with each.

Have you had any mentors throughout your career? If so, who were they and how did they help you in your career. 

I haven't had any direct mentors in my career but now that I have reached this point in my career, I am definitely looking forward to mentoring others.

What advice would you give other women that are considering or new to the construction industry? 

Do not be intimidated about being in the trades, it's a rewarding career that will both grow you personally and professionally.

If there is an animal encounter to be had in my travels, sign me up! In my spare time I love angling waters both near and far.
