Construction Surety Bond Agency - We specialize in helping contractors of all types and sizes get surety bonding support. Our team boasts well over 200 years of combined surety experience. We work with more than 40 surety companies and we're experts at finding the right company to support your business plan. Brunswick Companies has been in the business of providing full-service, risk management services since 1972.

What is your favorite part of your job and why?

I really enjoy the relationship aspect of the construction industry. My customers are my friends. I love helping my friends get the bonding support they need to support their business plan.

What has been the key to your company's success?

Customer service, hard work, experience, relationships, dedication to achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

What important changes/initiatives are you working on right now?

We are currently upgrading to SurePath, which improves efficiencies with processing bonds as we continue to scale our surety business.

How does your company find and retain talent?

Company culture and compensation potential is how we attract and retain talent. We are a family at Brunswick Companies.

What advice would you give to someone just starting their career in construction?

This is a relationship business, but it is also a customer service industry. You will need to excel at both to be successful.
