What does your company do?

We are an electrical and low voltage contractor. 

What is your favorite part of your job and why?

Being a part of the development of a city is incredible. The satisfaction of seeing your work develop in front of your eyes is one of the most fulfilling aspects of working in construction. You can watch a building transform and grow into the finished product, knowing you have made an important and lasting contribution to the landscape.

What is the key to your company's success?

Our core values are to exceed customer expectations and to do it in a safely manner. I believe those are two keys to our success.

What important changes/initiatives are you working on now?

We have been pushing the envelope in the technology front, but I believe two of the best initiatives is to develop a strong communication among all our employees and making sure everyone feels part of the team.

How does your company find and retain talent?

We provide great opportunities to everyone. I believe 90+% of our upper management was promoted from within.

What advice would you give to somebody starting their career in construction?

Don't ever stop learning, work on your communication skills and commit to ethics. I believe those three skills will help you be successful in this industry.

I am a Board Member of Cleveland Builds.
