I love working with our super talented team of business partners, subcontractors, clients, and community members.

What is the key to your company's success?

Our culture was established by my father and is heavily influenced by our team, our clients, our business and personal associates, and our strong Faith in God.

What important changes/initiatives are you working on right now?

In a post-COVID environment, we are reassessing everything. So much has changed that we need to reevaluate how we do business to stay on top.

How does your company find and retain talent?

Recruiting at colleges, community colleges, and veterans' groups are reliable sources of young talent.

What advice would you give to someone just starting their career in construction?

I would advise them to study and understand careers in architecture, engineering, construction, and facilities management in the trades and management sectors. As they make their evaluation, they should understand that
cultural and behavioral factors are as important as mechanical skills.
