We provide asbestos abatement, environmental, concrete sawing and drilling, labor support and selective demolition. 

What are the favorite part(s) of your job and why? 
I like the day-to-day challenges and contributing to solutions. I’m happy when new solutions are explored and successfully deployed, especially when derived from team input.

What has been the key to your company's success thus far?  
Great people and constant desire to innovate and improve everything we do.

What important changes/initiatives are you working on now?  
Integrating new pools of labor with our experienced workforce.

How has Precision Environmental Company and Precision ProCut benefited from its CEA membership?  
It helps us build relationships with contractors and unions and allows us to work through opportunities and challenges that arise.

What is the importance of mentoring and inclusion? If you had/have a mentor who was it and what value did it provide you/your company?  
Inclusion is important for expanding a workforce that can fulfill our obligations and make our community better. My brothers were my mentors. They taught me how to respect and treat all people through their actions which has allowed our company to provide service for 35 years.

How does Precision Environmental Company and Precision ProCut find and retain talent? 
Networking throughout the construction community, relationships with colleges and treating employees like family have been valuable resources and approaches.

What would you say to someone at the beginning of their career in construction?  
Be passionate, caring and communicative.
