Member Spotlight: Precision Environmental

Meet CEA Member Tony DiGeronimo, President of Precision Environmental.  His company is known for contributing to incredible pillar projects in the community like the Cleveland Clinic, Global Center for Health Innovation, Horseshoe Casino (now JACK Casino Cleveland), Severance Hall, ArcelorMittal Cleveland Works, and many more.  

Tony’s business is a multi-generational family company.  His company has made a great contribution to not only the city in which he resides, works and plays, but to other communities like the Buckeye neighborhood, where he facilitated a group of construction business owners to build the first all union construction Habitat for Humanity house.  The home will enhance the neighborhood and provide first time home ownership to a young family. 

Tony considers treating people as “part of the family” the key to his continued success.  He says that his brothers were mentors to him when he started out, and the lessons he learned have helped him throughout his 35-year career.  Connections to others will always prove successful, including the opportunity to shape the industry for years to come through mentorship. With this mindset, Precision Environmental has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Northeast Ohio in 2018, 2019, and 2021! They say that the success of the company is directly related to their quality people. Anyone can purchase equipment and bid on projects, but their employees are responsible for their continued success and growth. 

Being a part of CEA has really helped Precision Environmental to network and build new and lasting relationships with other members, unions and trade schools in the area. By securing these connections, they can work together to find innovative solutions. Investing in the next generation of workers helps Precision Environmental to ensure a tradition of quality construction for years to come. 

Precision Environmental provides asbestos, lead and other environmental remediation services, as well as selective demolition – taking structures apart by hand to be repurposed into new uses. Additionally, Precision ProCut, a subdivision of Precision Environmental, focuses on concrete sawing and drilling, and cement floor restoration.
