Quicken Loans Arena Topping Out

CEA members were well represented at today's topping-out celebration for the Quicken Loans Arena renovation project in downtown Cleveland. The celebration featured dignitaries from the Cleveland Cavaliers, the City of Cleveland, and Cuyahoga County. It culminated with the ceremonial placement of the final steel beam by members of the Iron Workers' Union Local #17 while tradesmen and tradeswomen from all of the trades on the project looked on. The contractors and Cleveland Building & Construction Trades Council were appauded for delivering high-quality work while putting a diverse group of local men, women and contractors to work. 

CEA Members on the project include: Forest City Erectors, Industrial First, M. Rivera Construction, Marous Brothers, Platform Contracting, Precision Environmental, and Whiting-Turner.
