The new owners of the historic Rockefeller Building off Public Square in downtown Cleveland are planning to apply the emerging micro-apartment concept to the residential portion of their mixed-use project.
The adaptive reuse project would include offices on floors two and three, as well as first-floor retail space, Brandon Kline, an architect with Geis Companies in Streetsboro, Ohio, told Cleveland Landmark Commission members Thursday, April 22.
