What attracted you to the construction industry and what do you enjoy most about your job? 

Every day is different. New problems, new people, new opportunities to build the community. I enjoy getting to see projects from start to finish but also help develop staff and the company.

Have you had any mentors throughout your career? If so, who were they and how did they help you in your career. 

Tari Rivera gave me the opportunity to intern at Regency while I was in college. I loved the experience and have been working here ever since! Tari has given me myriad opportunities to learn, grow, and network within the industry and community.

What advice would you give other women that are considering or new to the construction industry? 

Take advantage of the knowledge from experienced individuals around you, especially trades men and women. Don't be afraid to ask about something you don't know because that's how you learn in the industry.

Tell us what you like to do in your free time or give a fun fact about yourself. 

I enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles - now with my 3 year old son!
