How many years have you worked in the industry? 11 

What attracted you to the construction industry? Being able to take something on paper and making it a reality. We have the privilege to change skylines and build/restore communities. Every project completed no matter how big or small is very fulfilling. 

What do you enjoy most about your job? The Challenge. I love a good adrenaline rush. 

What advice would you give other women considering the construction industry? The construction industry needs new personalities, different opinions, and people with diverse backgrounds. All of these attributes bring value to Teams/Projects. The world is changing....the industry is changing with it, all are welcome! 

What can be done to attract more women to construction? Someone once told me, "Empowered Women Empower Women," and it couldn’t be more true. The more the women currently working in the construction industry show the next generation they are welcome, capable, and needed the more inspired the future generations will be. 

What do you like to do in your free time? Chase my toddler around!
