Bruce DeMarco, long time CEA member and former board member has found a new passion outside of the construction industry. Bruce was introduced to the Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Ohio and is now assisting individuals in finding employment opportunities. Bruce is working with DSANEO to open the eyes of employers to show them the true value of hiring a down syndrome individual.
