The constantly changing healthcare and employee benefits environment. Every day is a new and different day!

What is the key to your company's success?

Organic growth with new clients, retention of current clients with ongoing strategic planning, as well as acquisitions of other firms.

What important changes/initiatives are you working on right now?

Working with "Captive" programs for employee benefits to experience long term predictability and stability for the future with employers.

How does your company find and retain talent?

By creating a "team" culture and an environment of all being part of a "family".

What advice would you give to someone just starting their career in construction?

Listen to those who have been doing it longer than you!
