Like many industries, attracting and retaining talent is a priority for construction. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects the construction industry will add more than 250,000 new jobs by 2031. But it’s not just new jobs the industry will need to fill. With 53% of the construction workforce expected to retire by 2036, the need for new construction workers has never been greater.
