What does your company do?

Aerial videography and photography with diverse aspects of construction and real estate.

What is your favorite part of your job and why?

Operating drones and "Capturing views from above."

What has been the key to your company's success?

The company is still in its infancy, so success hasn't been acquired yet. The key to us becoming successful is our determination and our work ethics.

What important changes/initiatives are you currently working on?

Staying up-to-date with platforms (drones) and its software. Also, we're getting accustomed to sonar and its capabilities.

How does your company find and retain talent?

At the moment, there's only two of us and we push one another to become better at every aspect of the drone industry.

What advice would you give to someone just starting their career in construction?

My advice is the same advice I give myself, and that is, "keep grinding!"
