How many years have you worked in the industry? 2 Years 

What attracted you to the construction industry? I love seeing when a project evolves. From plans in the office to the finished project out in the field, it is neat to see the ideas on the plans come to real life out on site. 

What do you enjoy most about your job? I enjoy learning new skills. I have learned so many valuable skills while being in the field. Every day is always different. 

What advice would you give other women considering the construction industry? Never be afraid to ask questions to learn more. Always work hard, give your best, and be willing to experience new opportunities. 

What can be done to attract more women to construction? To attract more women to the industry, more opportunities to see the possibilities in construction would allow women insight to the ins and outs of the career. The number of women in the construction industry has continued to grow and there are so many cool opportunities to be a part of in this industry. 

What do you like to do in your free time? I love spending time with my family and enjoying time outside.
