How many years have you worked in the industry? 5 Years 

What attracted you to the construction industry? Seeing a completed project and knowing I was able to help make that a reality.

What do you enjoy most about your job? The people and working through challenges as a team.

What advice would you give other women considering the construction industry? Do it. It isn't easy but it is rewarding. Don't be intimidated. 

What can be done to attract more women to construction? Spotlights to show that it is possible and hearing from others' experiences. Visit schools and talk to students about the opportunities in construction. 

What do you like to do in your free time? DIY projects around the house and spending time with family.
